about me
a bit about my journey
i'm a student at 42, a tuition-free coding school known for its peer-to-peer, project-based approach. my journey started with C and low-level systems programming, where i built projects like a custom shell, a fractol renderer, and dining philosophers — each teaching me how computers really work.
from there i expanded into web development, building an HTTP server from scratch in assembly and an IRC server in C++. now i'm diving deep into the modern web stack with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
i believe in understanding the full stack — from memory management to responsive UI — and i'm always looking for the next thing to build.

projects
things i've built
minishell
A bash-like shell built from scratch in C. Supports pipes, redirections, environment variables, and built-in commands. Built with a partner over several weeks.
my_fractol
Interactive fractal renderer using the MLX library. Visualizes Mandelbrot and Julia sets with zoom, color palettes, and smooth rendering.
Philosophers
Solution to the classic dining philosophers problem using threads and mutexes. Demonstrates deadlock prevention and concurrent programming in C.
web-server-from-scratch
An HTTP/1.1 web server written in assembly. Handles multiple concurrent GET and POST requests with proper response formatting.
Internet-Realy-Chat-Server
RFC-compliant IRC server built in C++ with custom networking, message parsing, and multi-client handling. Supports channels, private messages, and operator commands.
CPP_05
Advanced C++ module covering exception handling, inheritance hierarchies, and polymorphic design patterns as part of the 42 curriculum.
MiniRT
Ray tracing engine built in C using the MLX library. Renders 3D scenes with realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, and configurable scene files.
